Key Modules

  • Hazard Management – allows you to record hazard types by location, either internal or external to your organization. By identifying hazards and their direct causes (Unsafe Acts or Unsafe Conditions) and you can assign investigations and CAPA to remediation the risk.
  • Incident Management – allows the user to record incidents and address promptly by setting actions and follow-ups. This will in-turn triggers the investigation and associate CAPA for the incidents. Personnel can be assigned responsibility and tasks to review reported incidents.
  • Injury Management – allows you to create / add employees specific injury data based on industry standards. All injury details can be categorized based on different types, nature and mechanism of injuries. Time Lost details can also be captured using this module and Lost Time Injury (LTI) reports can be generated with ease.
