Inspections & Audits Online allows you to plan and schedule audits for a given location. With its mobile capability provides a proactive to manage and track safety areas in your organization to comply with company and ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 management standards. The audit templates can be preconfigured based on your organization requirements which will help in tracking the compliance issues/aspects with the systems.
Any audit findings including Audit information, non-conformities are recorded into the system and based on the same, the module allows the organization to assign responsibilities for the corrective and preventive actions.
Inspections with Mobility enable the users to carry out their inspection on the mobile devices thereby decreasing the administrative tasks of rekeying the information on a paper to the system. By eliminating paperwork and streamlining the flow of information to and from the mobile employees, saves significant number of hours per week in unnecessary travel, idling, hunting for information and end-of-day paperwork sessions.
